Director and Speech Pathologist

Chloe is a bubbly and diligent Speech Pathologist, in addition to being the Director of Umbrella Speech Pathology. She has been working with paediatrics since she graduated from the University of Queensland in 2014. Chloe has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience through the various places she has worked, lived and studied. She has a passion for working with children of an early intervention and Prep age (2 – 6 years), to develop their language, literacy, speech, social and feeding skills. Chloe is also able to support children in lower, middle and upper primary years within these areas of communication.
Chloe has also enjoyed mentoring and providing clinical education to undergraduate Speech Pathology students. She has been a guest presenter at the University of Queensland, speaking on the topic of bridging theory and practice in the workplace. Chloe is available to provide consultation and workshops to schools and daycare settings, in addition to regular therapy services. Please contact us to find out more.

Chloe is also certified to teach English as a second language (CELTA – Cambridge University English). Passionate about supporting all children to communicate, regardless of the language, Chloe spent time living in Cali, Colombia, teaching English for the Ministry of Education. This experience allowed her to feel first hand the difficulty of not speaking or understanding a language fluently.
